My son loves anything with wheels! He has always battled putting wheeled luggage away after travel and lord help us if he gets hold of a wheeled cooler! I only wish I had found this luggy years ago! Alex loves his luggy as do we. It arrived in a timely manner, was well packaged with no damage, and went together in moments. Alex loads his luggy with his cars and other little toys to transport from room to room. The Luggy is safe for real hardwood floors, is quiet on tile, and has no problems with carpet. We look forward to outside adventures in the spring. My son is 4 and a bit on the tall / long side, while pulling the luggy behind him, it does occasionally bump his heels. This is nothing hard or that bothers him, just something I noticed and feel may be due to the handle length of the luggy I choose for him. His Luggy is new so perhaps he will adjust the more he uses it. Whilst shopping I had considered the medium luggy, However, the original was recommended for his age / size and the medium was sold out. I will be ordering the medium and or the wagon within a year and using the original for storage / decor and bitty guests. All that said, this is an impressive, high quality, heirloom product. I will purchase again and would recommend.

If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us. You will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid and an additional $10 will be deducted to cover return shipping costs.

Packages received after this period will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation, we will process the credit note or refund. Please note that Olli Ella is not responsible for transit costs for returned items. These are at the customer's expense unless a product has a fault. *Excluding WARES
Where a credit note is issued, it will be at 110% of your order value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, it will then be available to use immediately through our online store.

We now offer free returns on WARES apparel (excludes underWARES briefs and bodysuits) for all domestic orders. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team following the returns process and our team will issue you a returns authorisation number for your return.
