Orders placed before 10.00am AEDT will be processed same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed next business day. We will endeavour to process all orders within these times frames, however there may be delays during busy sale periods. The company will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address. International orders - The company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping. If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise. Please note that we will be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product during busy sale periods.

Packages received after this period or without a RA# will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation, we will process the credit note or refund. Please note that Olli Ella is not responsible for transit costs for returned items. These are at the customer's expense unless a product has a fault.
Where a credit note is issued, it will be at 110% of your order value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, it will then be available to use immediately through our online store. Entire value of credit note must be used in one single order, it cannot be split over multiple orders.

Our craftsmen pour much love into each handcrafted chair. Olli Ella Nursing Chairs are made to order in Australia and have a lead time of 10-12 weeks. Once your chair is ready, our delivery team will contact you to set up the desired delivery date right into your home. Please allow up to 14 business days to complete the delivery process.
Olli Ella offers a 7 day cancellation policy from the date that your order was placed. Because all of our furniture is custom made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns after this period.

Please do not position your rug in direct sunlight to avoid fading and discolouration. Rotate your rug regularly to ensure even wear. Olli Ella rugs are only intended for indoor use. Using an underlay will help to prevent premature wear and keep your rug in position. An underlay is vital if your rug is placed on light coloured surface to avoid migration of dyes.
Rugs should be vacuumed on low suction (front and back) with care on a regular basis as a build-up of dirt and sand will reduce the rugs lifespan. Your rug can also be taken outside and shaken / lightly beaten.
Rugs should be professionally cleaned every 1 - 3 years depending on use.
We do not recommend storing your rug for any length of time due to risk of moth damage and humidity.
We do not recommend the use of stain preventative treatments such as Scotch Guarding
Blot liquid spills immediately using paper towel or a white towel. Never rub a wet liquid stain. If the spill has left a mark use a small amount of lukewarm water and wool wash and gently blot out. Make sure to remove all wool wash from the rug. Dry flat out of direct sunlight. In the case of mud or dirt on your rug, brush out and/or vacuum with care once mud is dry. If the stain can't be removed using these methods have your rug professionally cleaned.
