Shipping and Delivery Times

Olli Ella's warehouse and staff are in full operation, however we are currently experiencing slight shipping delays. Given the current circumstances we appreciate your patience. Please know that our team is working as quickly as we can to deliver your Olli Ella goodies! 

Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched the next business day. We will endeavour to process all orders within these times frames, however there may be delays during busy sale periods. The company will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address. International orders - The company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping. If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise. Please note that we will be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product during busy sale periods.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all Australian orders $100 and over. Please note: this offer does not include rugs.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on WARES apparel for all domestic orders. To request your free return, please follow the same process as a regular return and our customer happiness team will be in touch with you about issuing a free shipping label.

Delivery Times 

Once your order is dispatched, it can take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.

International Shipping: Please contact questions@olliella.com for accurate shipping and delivery times, as these will vary depending on your location.

Please note that we are be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product after an order has been made.

Website Returns Policy

Olli Ella is committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong.  

We offer full refunds or 110% credit notes, if the product does not meet quality standards or if you change your mind.

 Some conditions as follows;

• Is returned within 30 days of order delivery
• Was not purchased with sale price (all apparel returns accepted)
• Item arrived faulty
• Has not been used or worn
• Is not soiled or damaged
• Has original packaging and tags
• Return authorisation number has been issued

If all of the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when requesting to return product:

• Contact questions@olliella.com to request authorisation number. Please explain reason for return, request a credit note or a refund, and reference your order number. If you are claiming a faulty item, please send in photos to support your claim.

• Once return has been authorised you will be issued a RA#. Please return product in original packaging along with a returns authorisation form and return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Packages received after this period or without a RA# will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation, we will process the credit note or refund. Please note that Olli Ella is not responsible for transit costs for returned items. These are at the customer's expense unless a product has a fault. *Excluding WARES

Where a credit note is issued, it will be at 110% of your order value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, it will then be available to use immediately through our online store. Entire value of credit note must be used in one single order, it cannot be split over multiple orders.

Please note shipping costs, sale items (sale apparel returns accepted) and gift certificates are non-refundable.
