Birdie is just as pictured. So beautiful. I'm 100% sure my darling granddaughter will love her for her.
Birdie is destined for my overseas granddaughter (3) and I feel this doll ticks all the boxes. Sturdy yet lightweight for a little one, soft and huggable with nothing hazardous (usually eyes) for the very young. The doll can be posed and limbs are movable for imaginative play and dressing. I love the hair, enough to brush but not long enough to to tangle and knot. I try to avoid plastic where possible and am not a fan of the very lifelike faces on some dolls, those can be creepy. Birdie has a mildly sweet expression, open to interpretation. Beautifully made as are the clothes. Definitely recommend for quality and I expect she will become my granddaughter’s new best friend!

I love the fact this is a doll. I’m 70 and my aunt made me a doll like this when I was 3. She is like a best friend you don’t let out of your sight and you tell her everything, cry into her neck and hug her to bits. Beautiful. I hope Florence keeps her forever!

Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched the next business day, orders received after 12pm will be dispatch the following business day. We will endeavour to process all orders within these times frames, however there may be delays during busy sale periods.
Once an order has been placed, please allow 2-5 business days for standard delivery.
Due to the ongoing restrictions around Australia, couriers are currently facing some delays. So delivery time may be longer than normal.
Australia Post will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address.
If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise.

If you are ordering outside of the AU please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Olli Ella cannot be held responsible for any charges.
If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us. You will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid and an additional $10 will be deducted to cover return shipping costs.

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation, we will process the credit note or refund. Where a credit note is issued, it will be at 110% of your order value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, it will then be available to use immediately through our online store.

We now offer free returns on WARES apparel (excludes underWARES briefs and bodysuits) for all domestic orders. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team following the returns process and our team will issue you a returns authorisation number for your return.
For all change of mind returns on products outside of our WARES range, shipping is at the customers expense. Simply reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your returns process.
