  • Office & Showroom Administrator
    Summary:

We are looking for a standout individual to join our team as as an Office Administrator. This is a dynamic role with plenty of room for growth - no day will be the same and this is an excellent opportunity to bring your experience plus learn a wealth of new skills.

  • Overseeing the presentation of our Byron Bay Showroom
  • Assisting with merchandising the Showroom
  • Answering phones 
  • Manage Office Supplies and maintenance
  • Support sales team with sales administration as needed
  • Support Production Manager with administrative assistance as needed
  • Assist Customer Service team with customer service as needed

Immediate start. Full time position, but also will consider flexible hours/ part time for the right individual

  • Required experience: 
  • Full competency in Microsoft office
  • Previous administrative experience

  • Online Merchandiser and Marketing coordinator
    Summary

This role has been newly created for a superstar to join our team and take charge of all online merchandising and assist with digital marketing activities.

  • Website/ social media marketing (concepts on social media ads, etc)
  • Marketing calendar creation
  • Management of FB and Pinterest accounts.
  • Optimise website potential for SEO and Google analytics.
  • Conceptualise digital marketing campaigns including social and paid advertising.
  • Liaise directly with Sales Manager to ensure they are clear on marketing activities and vice versa.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing digital communications, marketing technologies and trends.
  • Seek cross marketing opportunities with individuals and like-minded brands
  • Content creation
  • Oversee the merchandising of webstore
  • Optimising and enriching product pages
  • Reporting on results of campaigns

All of the above will be overseen for AUSTRALIA, UNITED KINGDOM, and USA

Skills and experience

    • Required experience:
  • Completed Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
